Alysa Beech is an automotive business owner and passionate customer experience strategist. She co-founded her repair shop with her husband in 2019 and began with a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, which fueled substantial business growth.

Now dedicated to training and consulting, Alysa helps shop owners and service advisors refine their customer interactions to drive retention and revenue. Certified through The DiJulius Group, an organization that has shaped the customer experience for extraordinary organizations like Starbucks, Celebrity Cruises and Harley Davidson, she is excited to be bringing these world-class strategies to the automotive industry.

Amber is the Director of Events and Strategic Partnerships. Previously, Amber worked as Global Events Manager for a Nasdaq Company. With a background in psychology, Amber brings a unique insight into business relationships and provides an approach that has helped to build AutoLeap's profound presence in the industry.

Aneera Fareed is a Digital Marketing Manager at AutoLeap with 8 years of advertising experience—a third of which she’s spent in the auto repair world. A firm believer that data never lies (but bad marketing does), she helps businesses turn insights into impact. When she’s not driving her team to crack SEO and paid ad strategies, she’s fueling up on coffee and vibing to chill-hop. Whether in the digital realm or beyond, she’s all about making her customers’ dreams a reality!

Bryan Stasch began in the auto industry in 1984 as a technician before becoming general manager at a national franchise store, and eventually sharing ownership of three successful auto repair shops. In 2000, he joined ATI as chief instructor and became deeply involved in developing and presenting all aspects of the ATI’s coaching and training programs. In 2006, he became head of ATI’s member fulfillment department, overseeing all ATI coaches and related administrative staff. In 2019, he took on the role of VP of Product and Content Development, an area of expertise that he excels in.

Casey is a seasoned product leader with over 15 years of experience, holding key roles such as VP of Product at Ecobee, Director of Product Management at Shopify, and Head of Product at FreshBooks. Casey is also a rally car enthusiast. 

Cecil specializes in business systems and processes. He works with business owners, managers and service advisors to learn what they need to become successful in the auto repair industry and maintain that level of success.

Chavelk De Los Santos is the Director of Marketing Services, leading digital strategies that drive shop growth. She is a Harvard-educated marketing expert specializing in PPC, SEO, and lead generation, helping businesses scale through data-driven digital marketing campaigns. Her strategic mindset and passion for small businesses’ success have made her a key player in the industry.

Like many automotive professionals, Doug Callaghan was raised in the family business; a 3-bay service station, offering fuel sales, general automotive repair, and towing. He credits his strong work ethic to the lessons he learned early on, a focus on customer service as well as a commitment to community service. Doug admits that these lessons still resonate with him and applies them to his daily life. Doug also has a background in criminology, completing a two-year at Mount Royal College, Calgary, Alberta Canada. 

G is recognized by the US Environmental Protection Agency as one of the foremost OBD II experts, technicians, and trainers in the country. He achieved National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, won a golden wrench award and is one of 1900 ever to be certified as a “World Class Technician”. 

Greg designs and delivers knowledge rich, engaging automotive service

and sales curriculum for instructor led and virtual instructor led training

programs delivered throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe. He directs

the Service Sales Academy on behalf of Advance Auto parts and served as Special Advisor to the President of Kia Motors Adria Group where he

oversaw all aspects of new vehicle distribution, sales, and service support

throughout eight Central European countries.

His spare time is spent fishing, skiing, and ice climbing. Greg holds an

undergraduate degree in Automotive Technology and an MBA in

Organizational Sustainability.

Joelle Pollak is the co-founder of Promotive, an automotive staffing firm focused on connecting skilled technicians with independent repair shops. Prior to founding Promotive, she spent her career at NAPA Auto Parts, where she managed sales teams and worked with independent store owners to increase market share. She also educated field teams and shop owners across the country on improving profitability, driving more traffic into the bays and built strong industry relationships with vendor partners. Joelle is also proud to serve on the ASE Education Foundation Board as past chair.

Product marketing leader with a proven track record of over 10 years in effective go-to-market strategy, execution and growth. Accomplished in identifying and communicating unique differentiators that drive home the customer value proposition and accelerates revenue. Value success by investing in others and winning as a team.

Lisa Coyle is an innovative entrepreneur and executive leader with a proven track record in scaling startups across payments, automotive, and technology. She co-founded and led 360 Payments to $8B+ in processing volume with over 10,000 clients. She is currently the CEO of Promotive where she spearheads strategic vision, culture, and operations to revolutionize talent placement for independent repair shops. She is a recognized industry leader with multiple accolades, including Inc. 5000 and Silicon Valley Business Journal honors. 

Growing up in the car business, Mark has developed a passion for European cars and loves interacting with his customers. From the ground up, Mark started working at Universal Imports in 1989 doing every job along the way. Some customers still remember when Mark washed their car or drove them home when their car was in for service. Mark not only oversees all the day-to-day operations and stays in tune with what his customer needs are, but also has mastered the art of finding people exactly the car they are looking for and making the experience easy and enjoyable.

Maryann is an auto industry Coach & Speaker and the Creator of "3-Day Weekends System" As a shop owner herself since 1999, she understands the challenges owners/leaders face. Her goal is to help owners/leaders rid themselves of owner overload by guiding them to design a business and life that works for them.

Michael’s expertise spans market development, business strategy, organizational design, revenue acceleration, private equity, and business advisory. Michael has successfully worked with Fortune 100 clients in diverse industries, including automotive, transportation, real estate, technology, manufacturing, retail, and non-profits.

Michael's background includes leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, Deloitte & Touche, and Watson Wyatt. Murray Voth, owner and principal trainer of RPM Training, is one of North America’s most knowledgeable experts on the automotive industry, especially as it relates to business development of the independent automotive service and repair sector. He focuses on improving profitability, best practices in management, financial management, systems implementation, human resources and leadership

As an automotive management trainer and facilitator for the past 17 years his sole

focus has been researching, developing, and implementing strategies that improve

business results for his clients. Parallel to his work with shop owners Murray trains service advisors and automotive service technicians, client centric processes that helps them provide better service

and get paid more. 

Paul Ackerman is an ardent seasoned veteran of the automotive repair industry, having worked for dealerships, franchises, and multiple independent repair shops. A former ASE certified Service Advisor & Parts Specialist, he has worked as a Service Advisor and Service Manager inside the industry. Bringing over 15 years of experience to the team, Paul started off his professional career in the hospitality industry, working for Vail Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, and various 4- and 5-star restaurants throughout Colorado. This background exposed him to extensive customer service training. Knowing very little about automobiles, he brought his customer service, “can do” attitude, and organizational skills into the industry and quickly changed the philosophy and perception of the customer experience when visiting an automotive repair shop.

Paul currently has a Class A Commercial Driver’s License and tried to undertake a new career in commercial trucking, however with a downturn in the industry, he decided to return to automotive repair which he considered a personal passion. He understands the necessity of automotive repair, an industry that will always be a constant need for people. He derives his passion from the aspect of helping people in difficult times and educating them about their vehicles.

Paul was born and raised in Colorado, where he graduated from Highlands Ranch High School and attended Colorado University of Denver, pursuing a degree in Liberal Arts. Paul continues to live in Colorado, happily married to Deanna his wife and surrounded by family located all over the beautiful state. In his free time, he enjoys travel, golfing, camping, and hiking. He also enjoys attending concerts, comedian shows, and Denver Broncos football games. 

Sabrina Wilkerson, a dedicated Business Performance Analyst and Certified Elite Trainer, launched her career in the restaurant industry, where she rapidly ascended from server to store manager at the age of 20. Her leadership abilities and dedication led her to manage multiple locations.

Subsequently, Sabrina joined PayPal's prestigious new client/top client department, where she excelled in setting up new accounts and resolving payment issues. Her remarkable achievements included earning recognition for increasing new client adoption of PayPal.

Later, Sabrina's career path led her to excel as a service advisor for a highly respected local automotive repair shop in St. Mary's, Georgia, where she made significant contributions across various roles, including client relations and parts management. As a service advisor, she underwent specialized training, enhancing her skills and solidifying her reputation as a top performer in the industry.

Sabrina Wilkerson's career journey reflects her outstanding achievements and unwavering commitment to excellence. Her rise in the automotive industry demonstrates her remarkable dedication and expertise in the field.

Sara Fraser is a millennial who has a love for life, travel, and connecting with other humans! She has over 15 years of retail and management experience, the last 6 of them as an office manager for a used car sales and service center.  To bring her customer service, marketing, and business knowledge to the automotive industry she joined the team at Haas Performance Consulting in 2018.  

Most recently she keeps herself busy helping shop owners find and acquire the best talent out there to fit the culture of their shops.  When she isn’t working Sara spends her time attending theatrical productions, music festivals, concerts, advocating for human and animal rights, celebrating life in general and connecting with other people from all over the world.

Sarah Chiles is a dynamic leader and seasoned operator with a passion for scaling mission-driven ventures across the nonprofit and social impact sectors. Sarah excels at building cross-sector partnerships and mobilizing capital to support regenerative agriculture and equitable food access. Her background includes executive roles at SJF Institute and robust experience in impact investing, fundraising, and systems change. She’s deeply committed to transforming local economies and supporting entrepreneurs driving meaningful change.

Stephanie Soh is the Vice President of Customer Experience at AutoLeap. Previously, Stephanie worked as the Senior Manager of Implementations at Greenhouse Software & FieldEdge prior to that.

Stephanie has leveraged her extensive project management and implementation experience to build a best-in-class onboarding experience for our users.

Tracy Capriotto is the Director of Content and Producer for the aftermarket premier podcast, Remarkable Results Radio Podcast, and the Aftermarket Radio Network. She has been in the podcasting realm for 4 years and works with her father, Carm Capriotto. 

Tracy received “Best Media Outreach to Female Audience” Automotive Communications Award in 2022 by Women in Auto Care for her first solo podcast episode. Tracy is involved in various networking groups and travels to industry events, producing podcasts and supporting the goal of Advancing the Aftermarket.
